Tunic details
If you look closely there's an emphasis around the edges of the tunic in the model, so I'll be attempting bias binding(?). (Not sure what the exact terminology is hahah). To make it look more exotic there's going to be a textured trim on the bottom, sleeves and collar. I'm not sure if anyone actually attempted sleeves on her, but it's a nice thing to have if I ever lift my arms up or something. Speaking of the sleeves though, they should be shorter than the mantle of the hood.
I'll be something like this as an undershirt as well. I just need the sleeves short. Lux's is an off-white/natural fabric color, but I might choose brown instead.

Need to buy:
-Trim
-Fabric
Spell Thief Lux
I'm accumulating way too much shit on my desktop, so I'm going to dump progress shots/resources/links here for my convenience.
I've chosen Spell Thief Lux on a whim, since some of my other friends are cosplaying champs from League of Legends as well. One reason why I think she's a good pick is because she's simple but has a lot of room to add detail in. I'm not a total complete fan of the original design, so I'm probably going to play around with the colorway of her outfit so it translates nicely in real life. I may also add a couple more knickknacks here and there around the costume to give it more flair. My sewing skills may be of an amateur's, but the pieces are easy to construct and I like to think I have a good eye on craftsmanship. I'm not stopping until it looks perfect. :D
